- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not recommended if you have children , there's a pervert named Damien that videos children at the pool and trys to talk to little kids and he's 30 . Plus everybody calls the cops if you have a slight argument outside that doesn't even concern them in any way , the manager was helpful at the time of need but does little to almost nothing at all about complaints on the perverts . All the tenants don't mind their own business at all , the cops that do live there are both duchebags to the max including Ben because he has a wife in San Antonio with to kids and she's dying of cancer and he cheats on her daily . Also sending pics of his private parts to the tenants of the apts . Plus he had sex in the pool when there were kids present .
